We are unique in the marketplace as we provide our accountant contacts with access to our web-based insolvency case management system. Our system allows accountants to set up and participate in the insolvency case administration process. This may involve in assisting your client to prepare a statement of affairs as required under Section 99 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and potentially earn a share of authorised prescribed fees under Rules 6.7 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016. This will ensure that the case is set up quickly and efficiently and that the statement of affairs is delivered to creditors within the prescribed period.

We also offer a traditional approach where accountants can refer a client directly to us. We offer competitive prices compared to the general market, with the costs of a voluntary liquidation starting from only £999.00.
